David E. O'Brien 853d238a03 Upgrade to 1.6.8. Includes more sane deletion processing. 
Changes include rsyncd_trees lives in /var/db rather than /etc.  Also rsyncd
  is installed in PREFIX/libexec, not PREFIX/bin.
