Michael Nottebrock ab55f8a2cb Install ices0 as ices0 (and thus resolve a long-unnoticed conflict with ices), ... clarify comment and pkg-descr to make clear that ices0 is for streaming mp3s, add an rc-script, optionalize most dependencies, do not depend on lame by default in order to enable the build of a binary package.
