Gerald Pfeifer 292226c05d Update to Wine 1.9.12. This includes the following changes: 
- Initial version of a taskbar in desktop mode.
 - Fixes for right-to-left languages in Uniscribe.
 - More Shader Model 4 support in Direct3D.
 - Better metafile support in RichEdit.
 - Various bug fixes.

It also now uses a bug fix update of the Mono engine and accordingly
the wine-mono-devel port is updated to version 4.6.3 from 4.6.2.
