Joerg Wunsch b92c42351e Remove the hack that built the man page from ckuker.cpp, and use ckuker.nr ... instead. The hack fell over on the Alpha architecture anyway. Quoting Frank da Cruz <fdc@watsun.cc.columbia.edu>: ``P.S. The "default" man page is ckuker.nr. You only need to run ckuker.cpp through "make manpage" if you are building a custom man page (like the one that we make for HP-UX).
