Dmitry Sivachenko 547300e898 Examine LINGUAS variable before BATCH. 
After this change slave ports (russian/kde2-i18n and japanese/kde2-i18n)
should work as expected.

Comment out files in .../en/ directory.
It seems they are not being installed by this port.
