Wolfram Schneider d5ddf1adef Add a link to my bibliographic character sets patches ... for ISO 5426:1983 and Z39.47-1993/ANSEL/USMARC. Both characters sets use 2 bytes for non-US characters. The Library of Congress use ANSEL for their web gateway. With this patches you should be able to read the search results for german, french and spain (...) books.		1998-03-07 21:04:39 +00:00
