         * Minor code improvements

    glib:
         * Add API for validation of signatures
         * Add API to read/save to file descriptor

    utils:
         * pdftohtml: Reduce sensitivity of duplicate detection. Issue #1117

    build system:
         * Increase C++ standard to 17
