Sunpoet Po-Chuan Hsieh fc547363c3 Add tor_instances (from security/tor)
- Add MANPAGES option (split from DOCS option)
- Remove TRANSPARENT option
- Bump PORTREVISION for package change
- While I'm here, update BROKEN: use lowercase for leading character
