Luigi Rizzo 9227fe1c3d Try to implement something similar to a window protocol in ... terms of response to losses. This makes etherboot work much smoother when nfs-loading kernels in presence of a small amount of losses. A similar patch will be committed shortly for tftp loads (in the process of testing that, Doug Ambrisko and I found a bug in FreeBSD's tftpd!).
