- Initial implementation of the HTTP service.
 - RichEdit control optimizations.
 - Various bug fixes.

lib/wine/wuauserv.exe.so (and Co) have moved from the Staging patchset,
off by default, to upstream.

A variation of files/patch-dlls_iphlpapi_ipstats.c has been merged
upstream after my submission, so drop this local patch.
