Anton Berezin a1d4bc0c52 Use another method of persuading MakeMaker to not install things into ... /usr/libdata/perl. This method has an advantage of not changing MakeMaker's idea about the location of perllocal.pod file it appends the installation info to, and therefore, indirectly fixes plist.
