Alexey Dokuchaev e8418c8e8a emulators/mtools: fix the patch, COMMENT, and port description 
- Add back the patch hunk lost in commit b13d37256e (luckily,
  this did not affect packaging in any way)
- Clarify the COMMENT and shorten it for the benefit of ``pkg
  search ^mtools'' fitting the standard 80-character terminal
- Reformat port description, spell abbreviations properly, etc.
