[Problem found by: Fritz Heinrichmeyer <jfh@jfh00.fernuni-hagen.de>] - Don't emit a confusing error message "Cannot update the ports DB!" on a recoverable error. - Implement a cyclic dependencies fixer in pkgdepfix(1).
