Dag-Erling Smørgrav 6ad60bcc22 2.6.1: Some ports (e.g. www/mozilla-embedded) use MAINDIR instead of 
MASTERDIR to achieve slightly different semantics.  Handle this just like
we handle MASTERDIR.
