John Marino 4b3a62af97 x11-toolkits/qtada: fix building on gcc5-aux ... GNAT 4.9 and earlier was not checking for the explicit use of "limited" in the full type declaration when it also appeared inthe private extension declaration (Ada RM 7.3 p10.1/3).
