Martin Cracauer 80f0d9edc0 General cleanup for ELF and newer -stable: ... Use right shared library names on ELF. Disable Java support on ELF systems, because we don't have an ELF jdk. Disable Java support on aout systems, because ILU runtime dumps core. New PARC patches, now as one distfile instead of patches/ collection. ILU now works with optimization enabled -> make a package.
