Erwin Lansing 362c47d716 Vendor update to 1.47 
- do not use -lrt in Linux (from March Lehmann)
                - unnecessary (nanosleep is in libc anyway)
                - harmful (-lrt slows down execution)
                - incompatible (with many distributions' pthreads)
