	* README.knu, cvsweb.cgi, cvsweb.conf: Introduce manpage
	hyperlinking.

	* cvsweb.cgi: Get all mail URLs and addresses as hyperlinks, not
	just the first one.  (s/// --> s///g)

Install ChangeLog file.
