Yuri Victorovich 26672c8688 math/scalapack: Fix the OPENMPI option to be always linked to libmpi.so from openmpi, and not from mpich ... Since libmpi.so is installed by both mpich and openmpi many ports suffer from a problem that even when they are built to link with openmpi, they still use libmpi.so from mpich when it is installed.
