Vsevolod Stakhov 3e761a50dd - Update to 4.85 ...

- Add DANE experimental support
- Add EVENT experimental support
- Drop SRS_ALT option as exim cannot work with libsrs2 so srs_alt is the only option now
- Polish IGNORE messages
- Remove already included patch
- Update documentation slave ports
