Cheng-Lung Sung 80dc728103 replace .error to IGNORE. ...

Problem noted by Richard Collyer <richard at firebadger.net> and eik@.
Scenario: we failed (% make index) without defining any WITH_BDB_VER,
	and solved by following porters handbook:
