Gerald Pfeifer fb8f0d524b Update to the 20060722 snapshot of GCC 4.2.0. 
No longer create ${PREFIX}/libdata/ldconfig, the issue has been addressed
in Mk/bsd.port.mk now.

Be more friendly for additional patches.
