Muhammad Moinur Rahman 98c47a3f59 lang/gcc48: Remove USES=makeinfo 
- Distfile ships with info files pregenerated and no need to regenerate
  these files
- Remove patches to modify the changes in the texi file which were
  required for the texinfo in the base
