function in subdirs.el adds %%ELISPDIR%%/egg/egg which is for
implementation specific.

This port has egg/egg/anthy.el, and japanese/anthy also have anthy.el
for actual use.  Anthy tries to load egg/egg/anthy.el, not thier
anthy.el without this fix.
