- Fixed various portlint warnings
- Removed redundant macro definitions
- Added more MASTER_SITEs and fixed download filename problem
- Fixed do-fetch target to correct tindy errors
- Added knobs for some supported caching engines
- Cleaned up installation target and fixed for package building
