Andreas Klemm 38b11af5db allow PostgreSQL to compile and run on Alpha.
The DB is 64-bit capable so really only a few
bits of configuration for FreeBSD were needed.

Here are the two extra patch files that will allow PostgreSQL to
compile and run on Alpha. The DB is 64-bit capable so really only a few
bits of configuration for FreeBSD were needed.
