Command line interface to Icinga.

Features:

- Listing of service/host states, check queue or downtimes
- Detailed service/host info
- Scheduling of service rechecks, acknowledging of problems
- Detailed filtering (host(group)/service name, state, passive, acknowledged, etc.)
- Mostly nagios-compatible
