module during the intervening versions, so remove references to it from pkg-descr. p5-Test-Script is no longer required for running the tests, so remove it. Also, adjust COMMENT so that it doesn't contain a backtick, which makes me kindof nervous. Add in LICENSE for good measure. Transfer maintainership to the perl@ collective, at maintainer's request.
