Changes:
- Fix output format when a dependency is missing
- Fix typo (dbpath -> dbdir)
- Create repo compatible with pkg 1.2 (path -> repopath)

- Fetching now does not use mkstemp(2) to create files
- Change permissions of files fetched to default ones
- Fix fetching for reinstalled packages
