Andrej Zverev 49f951cca5 - allow build with ARGS by default since user can control usage of such option ... via nrpe.conf and dont_blame_nrpe option which is "off" by default. - remove text about "securityy risk" from ARGS_DESC since nrpe.conf itself contain paragraph about it.
