Pete Fritchman e4a46328e3 - give a more specific URL to fetch the distfile from ...

- switch to UID/GID 98 so we don't conflict w/qmail
- remove BROKEN for -current; I can't repeat this, and it looks like
  patch-az and patch-ab address the problem.
- bump PORTREVISION
