Masafumi Max NAKANE d4b598a09d Fix for problem indicated in PR #2666: ... Perl5 uses setlocale function. Recent jp-perl5 linked this order: libm libmalloc libc libcrypt libxpg4. the function of setlocale in libc has some problems for some locales (for example, ja_JP.EUC).
