Changes: - testport|bulk -b: New feature to fetch remote packages. See PACKAGE_FETCH options in poudriere.conf.sample. - bulk: IGNORED and BLACKLISTED ports are now trimmed before build. This reduces queue size and avoids building dependencies that are not needed. - jail -cu: Stop modifying /etc/login.conf in the jail.
