Copy arm/WANDBOARD-QUAD.conf to arm/WANDBOARD-{SOLO,DUAL}.conf.

Browse Source 
Ian informed me a few months ago that the WANDBOARD-* kernels will
eventually be combined into one that will work across all these
boards, but for now, build them individually.
