Improve TLS variant I:

Browse Source 
o   Use obj->tlsinitsize to determine whether there's initialized data.
o   If obj->tlssize > obj->tlsinitsize, then bzero uninitialized data.
o   Don't exclude variant I from the work-around in free_tls_offset().
