Use getvfs* functions to map between VFS types and names.
Automatically load UFS if it is not present but is loadable.
(This won't happen now, but could happen if we fix NFS diskless support.)

Convert to our man installation style. Also fixed long-standing bug
in `fastboot'/`fasthalt' in which the interpreter would hang around
after `reboot' or `halt' is run, causing an irritating ``Killed'' message.
