supported without the Bios being enabled. If you disable the Bios on the
274x series adaptors, all configuration parameters revert to the default
since there is no way to retrieve them.

makes it work. It may be better to change the DELAY(10) to DELAY(30)
inside the loop instead of increasing the loop count from 100 to 300.

NB: -Wtraditional will henceforth be forgotten. This editing pass was
primarily intended to detect any constructions where the old code might
have been relying on traditional C semantics or syntax. These were all
fixed, and the result of fixing some of them means that -Wall is now a
realistic possibility within a few weeks.
