quoted individually. Quoting them all together sort of worked, except
for scsreq_build(), the long arg list was chopped near column 80, to
no avail since the closing parentheses was put on new line by itself.
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
Also corrected a few minor formatting errors, file location and cross
references in some of the section 3 man pages.
This shuts up a lot of the output from "manck" for section 3.
specified in the top level Makefiles.
Previously I missed dozens of Makefiles that skip the install after
using `cmp -s' to decide that the install isn't necessary.
