47bca8b02c Clean up malloc(3)'s argument. Remove casts which do nothing when we're
using sizeof() anyway. Use slightly more consistent (per-file) error
reporting for malloc(3) returning NULL. If "malloc failed" was being printed,
don't use err(3). If a NULL format is being used, use err(3). In one case
errx(3) was being used with strerror(3), so just use err(3).

9f5b04e925 Style improvements recommended by Bruce as a follow up to some
of the recent WARNS commits. The idea is:

1) FreeBSD id tags should follow vendor tags.
2) Vendor tags should not be compiled (though copyrights probably should).
3) There should be no blank line between including cdefs and __FBSDIF.

3be5f1f5ce Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\" $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.

bc47530cab An even number of nodes, not node pairs are required for tsort(1) to work.
Pairs are inherently even.

1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

8566830b43 Close PR#1455. In a couple of weeks, I'll change bsd.lib.mk to use
tsort -q as well - I don't feel like adding tsort as Yet Another Item to the
bootstrap target.
