Matthew N. Dodd	c7a9e0529c	Initial ifmedia support. Once I figure out autoselection I'll put the ... rest of the code in (so changing media actually works.) Add a few more register definitions for use with this and other new code. Jordan K. Hubbard	3b20426160	Add the ex driver (Intel EtherExpress Pro/10). ... I have no idea if this works since I don't have one of the cards to test. I also don't know what the LINT and GENERIC entries should look like, so I just made up some values for now and left them commented out.
