Take pity on Mark and fix the bogus paths to dump and restore in the
...
help-distribute target myself. They live in /usr/src/sbin, not
/usr/src/usr.sbin. :-)
I'm also assuming the omission of telnetd and telnet from this target
are intentional so I'll leave that alone.
