Warner Losh 0bb13a26f0 Create default_parse_boot_param which, if FreeBSD /boot/loader support ... is enabled, sets values based on the metadata passed in. Otherwise fake_preload_metadata is called. Change the default parse_boot_param to default_parse_boot_param. Enable this functionality only on the mv platform, which is where most of the code is from.
