Bruce A. Mah 274c64a1ba Implement a package number comparison routine for pkg_version(1) that actually conforms to the Porters Handbook. Add a -t option to pkg_version(1) for doing comparison testing. Add a script (and make test target) to do some regression tests on the package number comparison routine, to help debug future revisions. tkpkg

README

This is the pkg_install suite of tools for doing maintainance of
software "packages".  More documentation is available in the man pages
for each individual command.

This code was written by Jordan Hubbard for FreeBSD, snatched and
mildly reshaped by John Kohl in NetBSD and the changes taken back into
FreeBSD again by Jordan, who then proceeded to add another couple
of dozen features on top.  Whee! :-)
