John Baldwin cad688f011 Remove magic from rman_activate_resource() that uses the direct map at ... KERNBASE for the first 1 MB of RAM instead of calling pmap_mapdev(). pmap_mapdev() knows how to handle the first 1 MB (and has known for a while now) and properly maps the memory as UC to boot.
