Nicolas Souchu c17d43407f Major rework of the iicbus/smbus framework:
- VIA chipset SMBus controllers added
	- alpm driver updated
	- Support for dynamic modules added
	- bktr FreeBSD smbus updated but not tested
	- cleanup
