Stefan Eßer 1b4ac90665 sbin/md5: re-enable tests
The directory for the tests was missing in BSD.tests.dist, causing
build failures in "make distribute".

Li-Wen Hsu fixed this issue in commit cb194afef5, allowing me to
re-enable installation of the tests.
