Robert Watson 46589e7054 In various SPX protocol entry points from the socket layer, check IPXP_DROPPED before continuing, and return EINVAL or ECONNRESET if it is flagged. This protocol implements IPX/SPX over Ethernet_II frame type 0x8137.
Please note: the SPX implementation may require further work and testing
