Yoshinobu Inoue 01e65cd554 Add ftpd entries into /etc/pam.conf.
S/Key authentication for ftpd was not working due to ftp implementation and
  /etc/pam.conf missmatch.
So add ftpd entries into /etc/pam.conf.
