Steven Wallace b3618bcf57 .TARGETOBJDIR has been removed from make and CANONICALOBJDIR set in ... bsd.obj.mk. Also, a make target called objwarn checks to see if ${.OBJDIR} != ${.CURDIR} and ${.OBJDIR} != ${CANONICALOBJDIR} and outputs a warning.
