Alan Cox ba97fd8a78 Rename pmap_changebit() to pmap_clear_ptes() and remove the last ... parameter. The new name better reflects what the function does and how it is used. The last parameter was always FALSE. Note: In theory, gcc would perform constant propagation and dead code elimination to achieve the same effect as removing the last parameter, which is always FALSE.
